How do I confirm availability and price?

Are bookings instantly confirmed online?
Not yet. This website directs booking enquiries to our team. A reservation is confirmed only after availability, terms and payment arrangements have been agreed.
What should I confirm before paying for a short-term rental?
Confirm the exact property and address, dates, total price and included charges, cancellation terms, deposit, check-in process, verified amenities and the official payment recipient in writing.
Are utilities and housekeeping included?
Inclusions depend on the individual apartment and length of stay. Ask for a written breakdown of utilities, cleaning frequency, linen and any additional charges before confirming.
Can a company arrange accommodation for employees?
Corporate enquiries can be submitted with the location, dates, number of employees, apartment requirements and invoicing needs. Availability and commercial terms are confirmed individually.
Is Westlands or Kilimani better for my stay?
